We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.
We encourage customers to initiate returns within 7 days for faster service.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Free from odours, stains, makeup, pet hair, food residue, or any visible signs of wear

Hygiene seals or tags (if any) must be fully intact

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number)
We inspect all returned items thoroughly.
If an item fails inspection, no refund or exchange will be issued. The customer must arrange collection of the item. We will hold non-refundable returns for 14 days, after which they may be discarded or donated unless the customer notifies us.
Please note: Orders paid for in person at our collection point are not covered by the 14-day return rights under UK distance selling regulations.
However, we may offer a goodwill exchange or refund at our discretion — subject to the same hygiene and inspection criteria outlined below.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery).
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days, depending on our order volume.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
If an exception is made and we agree to an exchange:

The customer covers return shipping

The returned item will be inspected under the same hygiene and condition standards above

If the return fails inspection, the exchange will not be processed, and the item will be held for customer collection for 14 days
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
7. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to a refused delivery or failure to collect, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Delivery Disputes
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you believe it was not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
9. In-Person Collection Orders
Orders reserved online and paid for in person at our collection point are not considered distance sales and are excluded from 7-day cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
